Background of Internship: This internship focuses on the talent acquisition process which
starts right from making Job descriptions to sourcing and
selection of candidates from various sources like campus
recruitment and different job portals for fresh as well as
experienced talent.
Methodology:  Visiting clients and interacting with HR professionals.
 Writing job descriptions and posting them on various job
portals like shine, naukri, etc.
 Working on Talent Corner’s job portal software as well as
the internal CRM software.
 Interacting with placement officers of various colleges and
taking skype interviews of students applying for various
job positions.
 Observation: observing the day to day activities of Talent
Corner.
Findings and Conclusion The goal of talent acquisition goes beyond filling positions, it is a
strategic approach to attracting, sourcing, recruiting, assessing,
hiring and onboarding the best talent to meet business objectives.
