Hypothesis: - Peoples Love for Fitness and A Good Physique Has Always Been Positive
and Some of Our Fitness Influencers Always Keep on Guiding How to Attain Proper
Fitness. So As Due to Covid Pandemic Many People Started Knowing About Good
Health and Started Working Out at Home for A Fit Life, This Survey Was Taken to
Know How Much They Know About the Fitness Industry and What Are Their Views
Regarding That.

So, This Survey Was Taken with The Help of a Google Form and The Responses Are as

Hypothesis: So, This Question Was Asked to Just Understand That It’s Not Always
What People See You As, For A Healthy Mind and Body Connection We Should Always
Have Our Own Review Also. This Question Basically Get to Know That What an
Individual Thinks About Himself/herself And Are They Satisfied with Their Body or
Not. So According to The Survey Its Clearly Visible That Maximum Number of People
(60%) Are Not Satisfied with Their Body Type and They Think That They Are Unfit.
Some People Who Have Proper Knowledge of Fitness Have Might Achieved Their
Proper Fit,20% People Are Satisfied by Their Look and Other 20% Are Confused

Hypothesis: - So the Above 2 Questions Were Asked to Understand That What People
Think of Workout and Balanced Diet. So, The Survey Properly Tells That 44% Number
of People Prefer Regular Workout Might Be an Hour or Two, Some People Might Not
Get Time So They Prefer 2-3 Times A Week (28%) Or 2-3 Times A Month (28%).
Talking About Diet Majority People Not Follow Any Diet (68%), Whereas 32% People
Do Follow a Particular Diet. According To Science and Study Also, A Daily Workout of
Just 45 Mins and A Balanced Diet Is an Important Part of An Individual Which Keeps
Him/her Not Just Physically but Mentally Fit Also.
Fitness Is Not Just About Weight Gain or Weight Loss It Is About Staying Fit It Can Be
in A Normal Way While in An Intense Type Also.

Hypothesis: - So the Following 2 Questions Were Asked So That to Clarify the Fact
That Fitness Is Not Just About Staying Bulky or Lifting Weights or Having 6 Pack Abs.
The Survey Tells That Merely Half of People 48% Prefer Mix Type of Workout Which
Helps in Training All Overall Body Muscle Groups, 32% People Have Light Workout
and Some Heavy Lifters (20%) Have Intense Workout. Same On the Other Side 48%
People Want a Normal Fit and A Balanced Body, 36% People Want to Look Good and
Fit but Also Have Strength Focus Staying on Lean Fit Body Type, While Only 0-12%
People Want a Bulky Body with Huge Muscles and Large Body. So Mostly All Want a
Normal Fit and Stay Healthy in Day-to-Day Life.

Conclusion: - Other Than This Graphical Part Some Descriptive Reviews Were Also
Taken Where People Were Asked About Importance of Proper Diet and Fitness and
Their Views on It in Life? The Survey Justifies That Yes It Does Play an Important
Role in Life as It Helps the Individuals to Stay Both Physically and Mentally Fit. Proper
Diet and Workout Not Just Keeps So Fit from Out but Also Inside. It Helps Our Body
to Have Good Immune System to Fight and Stay Away from Diseases. To Be Focused,
Productive and Active in Daily Life and A Good Fitness Helps You Being Stress Free
and Good Mood. Most People Have Now Started Following Good Diet Routine and
Workout Also but Some Which Are Yet Not Aware Should Be Given Knowledge of
Fitness Industry and Its Importance in Life.
