FOOD: Please eat a large lunch and bring snacks to eat after school. The concert will finish around
8:00PM and we won't be able to provide dinner. Eat some snacks between the end of school and
4:45PM. Once inside the facility we won't be able to eat.
TRANSPORTATION: All students must ride the bus to and from Arlington ISD CVPA. Unless there is
an emergency, this will be the only transportation option for the students.
PARENT PARKING: Parents, you will be able to park anywhere in the AISD CVPA parking lot.
UNIFORMS: Students need to be dressed in their tuxedos and dresses before 4:30PM. Students
should plan on staying after school to get dressed.
SOUNDCHECK: The students will soundcheck on the stage from 6:00PM-6:30PM and the doors will
open at 6:30PM for all guests to the concert. Doors opening could be delayed if our bus is delayed.
This event is really important for our students and it is even more important that we have a large
audience to help us prepare for what TMEA will be like in San Antonio. Please make plans to attend
the concert at 7:00PM. If you have any other questions about this event, please contact me directly
