Why involuntary muscles can't control? / What causes involuntary muscle movements?

 Involuntary muscles are the muscles that contract or move without conscious control.
The autonomic nervous system controls involuntary muscle movement. ... For most
involuntary muscles, neuronal stimulation by the autonomic nervous system, hormones,
and local factors can trigger the involuntary action of these muscles.
 Muscle cells, commonly known as myocytes, are the cells that make up muscle tissue.
 The muscle tissue is comprised of specialized cells capable of contraction. These cells are
called muscle cells (also called myocytes or muscle fiber). The muscle cell is also
called the muscle fiber because it is long and tubular

What happens when your body builds muscle?

 Muscle size increases when a person continually challenges the muscles to deal with
higher levels of resistance or weight. This process is known as muscle hypertrophy.
Muscle hypertrophy occurs when the fibers of the muscles sustain damage or injury.

 When your body builds muscles, it burns energy and fat all the time. As your muscle
mass increases, the faster your body is able to burn calories/energy. This leads to an
increase of your basal metabolic rate (BMR), which helps in losing weight.

What happens when you do not exercise your muscles?

 Your muscles weaken and lose bulk including the muscles you need for breathing and the
large muscles in your legs and arms. You will become more breathless as you do less
activity. If you continue to be inactive you will feel worse, need more help and eventually
even simple daily tasks will be difficult.

 When you aren't working out regularly, your body composition starts to change. With
little physical activity, muscle cells will shrink. With less calorie burn, fat cells will start
to expand, making the body look softer.

What is Muscle Cramps? (pulikat)

 A muscle cramp is a strong, painful contraction or tightening of a muscle that comes
on suddenly and lasts from a few seconds to several minutes. It often occurs in the
legs.
What causes muscles to cramp?

 Overuse of a muscle, dehydration, muscle strain or simply holding a position for a

prolonged period can cause a muscle cramp. In many cases, however, the cause isn't
known.
Why do my muscles feel numb?

 Numbness is most commonly associated with some type of nerve damage, irritation, or

compression.

Striated muscles are highly organized tissues that convert chemical energy to

physical work. The primary function of striated muscles is to generate force and
contract in order to support respiration, locomotion, and posture

How Often Should You Workout?

There truly isn't an exact answer on how many times each week someone should or shouldn't
be working out. It all depends on the person's goals, current level of fitness, and what they are
looking to achieve."
Overall, some physical activity in your routine is better than none. You can, however,
benefit greatly when you combine two different types of exercises
