ACTIVITY/CHALLENGE

1. Refer to your world map and locate the

following continents:
Eurasia, Africa, north America, south
America, antarctica, Australia
2. then to see their relative sizes and positions,
trace them on your globe
3. next, locate on your own map the major bodies
of the world: pacific ocean, Antarctic ocean,
Atlantic ocean, arctic ocean, Indian ocean

4. finally, look for the Philippines on the world

map and the globe. Do you notice how close we
are to mainland Asia?
