Case Analysis answer:

Under ISACA Code 1006, Standard of Proficiency stated
that auditors must an adequate skills and proficiency in
conducting IS audit and assurance engagements. In
behalf of the Code 1006, I violated while accepting and
performing this without prior knowledge and skills
especially about the new system. It is better to directly
address this kind of situation to lessen technicality. It also
better to perform the audit again, and shall performed an
auditor who has access and properly knowledge about
the system.

2.
To important actions to meet responsibilities is to have
and continuing professional seminars and training in
order to meet the requirements of the audit charter.
Training and seminar are important especially in
performing internal audit. And it is also important to
apply the general standards of ISACA to apply all
requirements especially the ethics and professional
assurance and other skills that ISACA provided.
