Question:
Give (1) one assumption of consumer theory and relate it to your
real-life experiences as a consumer.

Answer:

I will start with the word save and use the money properly. As a
consumer, we need to know what we are buying because we have the
right so that our money does not go to waste. In my life, I always make
the decision to buy and if I need it. With these decisions I control the
spending of my money. I avoid buying a product that I do not need in
my daily life. Next example, I do not buy expensive gadgets because if
my system changes phones year after year I do not need expensive
gadgets. For me planning is important, I always plan to spend money
because of the amount of surprise expenses, time and time, I need to
spend properly. When I also buy products, I prioritize buying products
with a brand because I have already tried it and of course when I say
branded it has good quality for my use.

In real life they say, you spend right because we do not know we
might have an emergency anytime and we need it. We must avoid
competing with fellow human beings. They say we should be wise if we
want to save money.
