Learning activities

1. Assess an older adult’s (can be male or female) functional status using:

a. the Gordon’s Functional Pattern
b. KATZ index of independence in activities of daily living. Interpret and analyze the
result in 150 words.

2. Make an NCP on the problem (1) that the client may have, focusing on the functional status
of the client.

3. Please compile and send to Gdrive of your outputs for NURS 15 Lec.
