ACTIVITY NO. 1
BALL CONTROL
- Watch the instructional video about Ball Control and make sure you
observe the execution properly.

1. Ball Slaps
a. Continuous 10x (Chest level, Infront of face, Above Forehead)
b. Continuous with upward and downward motion 8x
2. Wraps - around waist 10x
3. Wraps - around head 10x
4. Wraps - around ankle / lower leg 10x
5. Wraps – Figure 8 around legs 10x
a. Clockwise 10x
b. Counter-clockwise 10x

Note: Perform the activity in 3 sets.
