1. ETHICAL ISSUES
When is software, system or service ready for release?
Many companies mistakenly equate being ready to release a product with being ready
to lunch. During the development process, as your team teste the product, they will find
defects (also known as bugs). Use an online tracking tool to track these defects to
encourage streamlined approach to managing and resolving them.
2. SOCIAL ISSUES
Can people trust quality of software, system, service, data?
Software is a set of instruction, data or programs used to operate computers. The OS is
the best example of system software; it manage all the other computer programs. Can
people trust quality of software, system, service, data? It might be yes if we check the
experience, availability, performance, scalability, adaptability, security, and economy.
3. POLITICAL ISSUES
Should congress or industry develop standards for software, hardware, data quality?
Standards are extremely important in the computer industry because they allow the
combination of products from different manufacturers to create a customized system.
Developing software standards will greatly improve functions.
