Details of the incoming delivery are as follows:

Quantity : 120,000 pcs

Packing : 240 packs x 500 pcs per pack

Stacking : 480 packs x 500 pcs per pallet

INSTRUCTIONS:

Plan for the receiving of the material including the following:

1> Preparation of area needed for receiving, quarantine, sampling, and release
2> Documents required during receiving, sampling and inspection (from supplier and in-
house)
3> Identify materials to be used for receiving, sampling and inspection.
4> Prepare layout material and status labels to be used
5> Detailed steps for the receiving, sampling, and inspection of the incoming delivery.
6> Inspection points and specifications to for the material to be inspected
7> Draft Layout of material showing inspection points (Layout of 60 mL box).
