6.1 Load Moment Limiter

The load moment limiter can prevent crane from turning over, boom broken off and personnel
injured because of overloading during operation and ensure normal and safe work of the crane
as well. But never rely on the load moment limiter fully
, and shouldlift a loadaccording to
specified value in the rated lifting capacity table.

6.3 Lowering Limiter


In order to prevent the wire rope from
winding reverselyafter be lowere d completely, when

mounted on the main winch will be engaged to cut off the motion of lowering the hook by the

Under this situation, only the motion of lifting the look is permitted. When commissioning and
maintaining, press the repair switch on the left electric control panel t
continuously.

WARNING: The repair switch is forbidden to use in normal operation.

6.4 Hoisting Limiter


As thehook isliftedup to a certain height, and touches
the height limiting weight fitted on

sound, and the overwinding indictor will light up. Simultaneously,such dangerous operations
as lifting the hook, telescoping out the boom and lowering the boom are cut off to ensure the
safety.At this time, onlyoperation ofhook lowering, boom retracting andderricking upward
is done, the height limiting weight can be disengaged and the normal lifting operation return to
normal.

or pressing the repair switch can make main and auxiliary winches return to normal work.
