Ensure deliverable management as per schedule documents are published to client and tracked.
Project Planning: Schedule re baseline according to agreed schedule with the Leadership Team
Project Tracking: Milestone RAG, % complete and dependency updates to the plan, and sub plans. Maintain
RAID’s log, Action log, Change Control Log, etc.
Vendor Management: Monthly effort, invoice validation for T&M basis contract. Milestone validation for Fixed
Price contracts. Intranet: Create and maintain SharePoint.
Offshore Point of Contact: Operations: Weekly status report, steer committee, management committee and
program level progress update report.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling the billing process for Multichoice account related to Development, Testing & Config
for Waterfall projects.
Responsible for approving the Sub-contractor’s vendor billings for Nihilent ltd employees Onshore/offshore,
manage the project activity, sub-contractor payments & client billings.
