I am writing to express my apologies for canceling the dinner that I ordered later
at rather short notice two days ago. I feel very ashamed about saying this to you.
I am aware that your restaurant has made excellent preparations for the dinner I
have ordered. However, I had not anticipated that I would have an urgent
business trip that morning. It was my fault for allowing my phone to run out of
battery, preventing me from notifying you immediately. However, I've learned
my lesson, and we'll be more prepared in the future.
I regret any inconvenience this may cause you, even though I have tried my best
to inform you all as soon as possible. I will plan to have another dinner at your
restaurant next month. Until then, I apologize for all the inconveniences that you
have faced and look forward to seeing you again next month.
