Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request permission to relocate into a new single room for the
upcoming term. I had quite a bit of trouble while sharing a room with my current
roommate.
He frequently invites his friends to play in our room, and they even have parties,
play loud music in there and buy in a lot of snacks without clearing away the
garbage, resulting in an extremely dirty space. This makes it impossible for me
to focus on my work and makes me feel uncomfortable when there are strangers
in the room. His friend even used my things without my permission just a few
days ago, which made me feel very insecure even in my own room.
I am expecting your help to find a place where I will not be distracted by other
people around me. If you can, help me find a single room near the university
where I will be attending classes next semester.
