-Main responsibilities:

 Control accounting activities:

 - Maintain internal control and observe daily transaction in accordance with accounting principle and company
policy.

 - Set up accounting process: Sales, Purchasing, Payment.

 - Check the legality and accuracy on set of payment request before payment.

 - Review and control all economic contracts and advise Director on potential risks and benefits before signing.

 - Reconcile AR, AP transactions with related parties monthly.

 - Reconcile between ledger account and control accounts monthly.

 - Perform Monthly, Quarterly and Year-end closing: ensure that all numbers are accurately posted in
accountingsystem, check Trial Balance monthly.
 - Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, cash
flowand cost analysis report.

 - Working with Audit, Tax inspector, Customs officer.

 Cost Analysis & Control Inventory:

 - Update and posting necessary master data into Uni ERP to ensure actual cost calculation accuracy: new
account,allocation base data, Work Center, Cost Center, Allocation Rules by cost center, Allocation Rules by
operation.

 - Prepare reconciliation reports for all accounts related to the cost of raw materials, semi- finished goods,
finishedgoods. Ensure accuracy and timely in providing all reports related to production costs, analyzing causes of
increaseand decrease.

 - Make Customs settlement report (outgoing & Incoming: Raw Material, Semi - Finished Goods, Finished Goods),
working with Customs Officer, Auditor.

 - Control and analyze inventory transfers/movements, make report Inventory, Scrap.

 - Leading & main responsible in Physical inventories of company.

 Submit tax report to tax office:

 - Submit tax report (CIT, PIT, FCT) to tax office monthly, quarterly, yearly.

 - Working with Audit, Tax inspector.
