1. A poisoning case has surfaced in a batch of food products that were made in your food factory. What

4. You are a buyer in a global technology company responsible for buying office spaces for the company. There
are two offices spaces that have got into the final list. There are several criteria your management has given
to select the office.
These include, frontage (length of land on the main road), parking facilities, number of seats, space per seat,
catering area, emergency and safety compliance, storage space for sensitive files, friendliness to people with
disabilities, fire safety as well as lease period, escalation percentage per year and maximum annual lease
amount.
The two office spaces are very similar to each other on several parameters including financials. You
management is available for both one on one consultation and a group consultation for giving you advise
but wants to see an objective decision analysis method being used by you.
Explain the process and key considerations you would adopt in deciding which office space to finalize?
5. You have recently been appointed as a Project manager in a large IT firm. A key client has briefed you about
problems in a solution’s offerings. The problems are unforeseen and have never occurred. Prior to your
joining, the earlier project manager had never heard adequately several members in the team who had
different points of views on the solution, citing time constraints. Your boss is very keen that the client’s
issues are addressed quickly and asks you to call a meeting to decide the time needed for resolving the
issue.
