The card holder, Mr. Ariel Galang already discussed this issue twice with the RCBC
bank representative/costumer service via phone. According to the bank, the payment
was already posted, and I will be charged this billing cycle. I tried to cancel the
transaction by calling PayPal international. Their solutions are:
1. I can cancel the transaction thru my PayPal account. However, I did not used
PayPal account and check out as a guest. I created an account after, but the
prior transactions will not be reflected.
2. I contact the merchant and ask them to cancel, refund or do not accept the
payment. This is not possible according to I AM Worldwide because they cannot
use their PayPal account as of this writing. I also emailed them but got no
response. I called their office, but they won’t cooperate. They will not send me
the products I paid for because of their issue with PayPal.
3. I contact the bank (credit card issuer) and file a dispute to avoid getting charged
for the products that I will not receive.
Hence, I am filing a dispute and requesting that any finance and other charges related
to the disputed amount be credited and that my billing statement will be corrected.
Enclosed are screenshots and pictures of the transaction and my card information
supporting my position.
