Meatloaf Lasagna
I don't really have any quantities for this recipe as it is very easy to just
add a bit more or less of the ingredients depending on how much you
want to make. We make use of basic mince and white sauce recipes
that you will find in the next section of this book
Ingredients
Basic Fried Mince 1 batch Cheese - grated +- 1/2 cup
Basic White Sauce 1 batch Salt, pepper to taste
Lasagne sheets 1 box
Method
- First you will need to get your basic mince and white sauce prepared
Method
-Fry the onions in a non-stick frying pan until soft. Add finely chopped
or grated veg. Fry gently to soften all veg. I like to fry in a bit of
butter for more flavour. Season with salt &pepper. The rice will
soak up a lot of flavour.
-When all veg is soft and cooked, add the rice and stir fry until all
mixed and warmed through.
*** For an Asian twist, beat an egg and add to the rice mix, stir-frying
for a few minutes.
*** You can add leftover meat ,cut into strips for extra flavour and
turn your fried rice into a balanced, all in one meal
