Management Trainee - Operations

Job brief:
We are looking for a candidate to learn and manage the entire Supply Chain Operations.
He/She will be involved in the strategic and daily planning process to manage the operation
effectively. Will work closely with the team on improvement and BPR projects in Production,
Procurement and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:

● Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.


● Identify improvement opportunities and develop quality circles.
● Understanding SOPs and upgrading the processes to improve overall efficiency.
● Understanding and Managing Production Planning Process as per requirement.
● Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
● Fulfilling any sales requirements and conducting daily meetings for improvement of
cross functional working.
● Coordinating with Sales for Order Processing and Ensuring Optimum Logistics cost by
managing Vehicle Utilisation and Freight Cost.
● Preparing documents and updating records.
● Managing Production Team and Learning about conflict resolution.

Requirements:

● Good Analytical and Problem Solving Abilities along with Data Orientation
● Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills and Budget Management
● Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
of the company and Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
● Familiarity with ERP software and working knowledge of MS Office
● Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Management Trainee - HR

Job brief:
We are looking for a candidate to learn and manage Performance Management System of the
organisation.
He/She will be involved in the Performance Management System to implement it effectively.
Will work closely with the team on improvement.

Responsibilities:

● Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.


● Do Survey of Compensation and Benefits for the organisation, suggest for further
implementation.
● Assisting departments with their PMS, Talent Acquisition and HR Strategy needs
● Understanding existing PMS, Talent Acquisition, HR Planning process and make
performance tracker for the organisation
● Design and Develop Induction Training Module, Welcome Kit
● Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
● Fulfilling any requirements and conducting daily meetings for improvement of cross
functional working.
