ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN SCIENCE

SY 2020-2021

INTRODUCTION

In the K to 12 Curriculum, Science is one of the core subjects from Grade 3 to 10

students, It envisions the development of scientifically, technologically and environmentally
literate and productive members of the society who arecritical problem solvers, responsible
stewards of nature, innovative and creative citizens informed decision makers and effective
communiators.
OBJECTIVES OF SCIENCE
1. Help the Filipino children achieve quality education through an efficient understanding
of science concepts and principles linked with real-life situations.
2. Acquire science skills, as well as scientific attitudes and values needed in solving everyday
problems pertaining to health and sanitation, nutrition, the environment and conservation.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1. TREE PLANTING ACTIVITY
In support to the Project TreeTY (Tree Thank You)
2. Attended the Virtual meeting of Coaches on Science and Technology Fair for the SY
2021.

3. Served as coach during the Science and Technology Fair 2021

ISSUES AND CONCERNS

1. Conduct School/District Science Contest earlier in preparation for division/regional level.
2. Collaboration of all Science teachers in preparation of power point IM’s and video clips.
