You have permission to collect data from employees by questionnaire providing that no names or
other personal identifiers will be used, this includes, but is not limited to, Employee logins, names or
IDs. Participants must be informed of the nature of the research and will be free to withdraw their
participation at any time. Please ensure confidentiality and anonymity at all stages of the research
process and that data is used only for the purposes of your research.

I will also note that no confidential data from Amazon systems can be used as part of this research
project. This includes, but is not limited to, employee performance or activity data from PPR/FCLM
and/or any commercially sensitive information such as building performance and volume.
