most? In what way?

- Information technology (IT) has been widely used in the tourism and hospitality industries to reduce
costs, improve operational efficiency, and, most significantly, improve service quality and customer
experience. For example a hotel industry is very popular in this area and of course other competitors
will be so be mad and jealous, that they will do something or make a platform on website regarding of
the that particular hotel. They will do something to destroy the good image in that hotel so that
people will transfer into there hotel, that why information technology is also not good all the time its
destroy you and your work.
