MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

The undersigned public attorney of the Public Attorney’s Office, unto this
Honorable Court, respectfully states that:

1. The undersigned counsel has hearings set by this Honorable Court

on November 25 and 26, 2021, at 8:30 a.m.

2. Unfortunately, the undersigned counsel will be on “forced” leave

on said days.

3. Note that the undersigned has no intention to have the said

hearings postponed but was merely constrained to do so.

4. This Motion is not intended for delay, is filed in good faith and
solely for the aforementioned reason.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of this

Honorable Court that the hearings scheduled on November 25 and 26, 2021 be
cancelled and reset to a later date, at the convenience of this Honorable Court.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed
for.
