A postgraduate program that provides insight into some of the latest and most
innovative areas of business management, and focuses specifically on training
students to appreciate, accept and adapt to different business and cultural

Program details
The GMBA program focuses on helping students understand real-world aspects of
business like decision-making, innovation, value creation, critical thinking and leadership.
Using a combination of advanced tools like decision-making laboratories, student board
rooms, simulations and case studies, faculty facilitate lively discussions and debates in the
class. Learning is far more fast-paced, advanced and efficient as compared to traditional
2-year MBAs.

Our MBA students spend the entire duration of the program in Singapore, Sydney
and Dubai. Why? So that they have the opportunity to understand and experience

of the MBA curriculum, our students have opportunities to conduct projects with

2. WE USE AN INNOVATIVE BLENDED FORM OF LEARNING:

The education technology revolution has grown exponentially over the

last few years with today’s classrooms transforming into exciting digitally
interactive environments. These platforms will soon replace traditional
classroom learning. However, essential real-world skills such as critical
thinking, global intelligence and decision-making are most effectively learnt
in a face-to-face setting. S P Jain’s Blended Learning model combines
unique learning methods to create a modern, digitally augmented learning
environment to craft graduates who are agile, mobile and employable
anywhere in the world.
3. WE TEACH THROUGH BUSINESS SIMULATIONS:
The way to handle complex business situations is best learnt through practice.
Just like how pilots train on the ground using advanced flight simulators, our
students learn to handle the most complicated of business situations in our state-
of-the-art Simulation Rooms, the first-of-its-kind in any business school in Asia. 

4. WE HAVE INTRODUCED STUDENT BOARD ROOMS:

Our MBA students participate in study groups called Student Board Rooms (SBRs),
where real-world business issues are discussed to enable decision-making
through peer learning. The objective of these Student Board Rooms is to train the
mind to make the most effective decisions in a complex and uncertain world.

5. WE OFFER YOU A GATEWAY TO AN INTERNATIONAL CAREER:

Living and working in three global cities of the world opens multiple international
opportunities for our GMBA students. Our career services in four cities have
successfully placed over 1600 students in the Middle East, 750 South East Asia,
nearly 100 in Europe and close to 50 students in Australia. S P Jain also provides
financial assistance to eligible students interested in applying for Permanent
Residency in Australia.
