Call to Order: Meeting was established to order at the room of Mrs. Daisy B. Espulgar, 3 rd Floor of 32
Classroom building.

Meeting Agenda:

1. Room Assignment and Structuring

It was discussed and agreed that the rooms of Ms. Fe Bautista, Mr. Fritz Alianza, Ms.
Natividad De los Santos, Mrs. Cynthia Torilla, Ms. Ana Mae Lampar, Mrs. Jennifer Caoyonan and
Mr.Ken Novieh Casuyo will be utilized for the Grade 12 TVL learners for the Limited Face to Face
classes.

It was also agreed that the extra chairs will be properly placed to the other rooms which
will not be utilized for the Limited Face to Face classes.

Each room should have infographics which will inform students about Covid- 19 and
Limited Face to Face classes.

2. Technical Assistance for the Teacher Adviser by shift.

It was agreed that each subject will have an auxiliary teacher to help the subject teacher
during the Limited Face to Face classes. Mrs. Daisy Espulgar will choose the auxiliary teachers to
help the subject teachers.
 3. Other Matters

 It was discussed and agreed that all the rooms should have markers on where to
enter and to exit following the IATF Guidelines.

 Bulletin boards containing infographics about GAD, DRRM, NDEP and SBM-WinS will
be placed on every floor of the 4-story building. The task was assigned to Mr. Arnel
Villaruel.
