ORDER

When the case was called for the presentation of evidence for
the plaintiff, the plaintiff Francis Claudio and her counsel Atty. Jannie
Louise Rubin as well as the defendant Claudenne Steffanie Castillo
and her counsel Atty. Rhod Michel Leyson were present.

The plaintiff was presented as sole witness for the defense and
her testimony was completed. The defendant, through counsel,
rested her case and orally made a formal offer of evidence on which
the defendant did not raise any objection. The court thereby admits
all the evidence as evidence for the plaintiff.

The defendant will present her evidence on November 4,2021.
