Unknown A teen, 17, discharged a firearm inside Huffman High School, fatally hitting a
student, 17, and injuring himself. After reviewing video footage of the incident, police
charged the shooter with manslaughter and illegally possessing a pistol for bringing a
gun on school grounds and “recklessly causing the death” of the victim. The motive
remains unknown.

others A 22-year-old man was shot and killed outside a dorm building on the campus of
Stillman College.

ARIZONA: Deaths: 1 Injuries: 3 Oct 9, 2015 Flagstaff, AZ Northern Arizona

University Intent: Attack on others At approximately 1:20 am, a man, 18, shot and killed
one man, 20 and shot and injured three other men, all 20. The shooting took place near
a dormitory that houses most of the campus' students involved in Greek organizations.
It is not yet determined whether the shooter and victims were students of the school.
Law enforcement arrested the shooter.

Intent: Attack on others Shortly before the start of the school day, a 15-year-old girl shot
and killed her girlfriend of two years, also 15, in a hallway by a cafeteria before shooting
and killing herself. Emergency services declared both girls dead at the scene. The
shooter had asked a male classmate to steal the gun for her from his father, saying she
needed it for protection.

Intent: Self-harm - no intent to hurt others An eighteen-year-old fatally shot himself in
the head on campus. A school resource officer saw the the student standing with a gun
to his head, and when he tried to talk to the student, he shot himself.

Intent: Attack on others A 20-year-old student of the University of Arizona was killed
after being shot by someone in a car, which then fled the scene. Police are searching
for suspects in the incident.

Intent: Self-harm - no intent to hurt others Using a gun from home, a 14-year-old
seventh grader shot himself in the head inside the bathroom at Coronado Elementary
School. The shooting was initially reported as an active shooter, bringing local
authorities to campus after it was locked down. Police later announced that no charges
are pending against the family member who owned the gun.

School Intent: Self-harm - no intent to hurt others A 14-year-old student at Concord
High School died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the school's cafeteria bathroom.
The school was placed on lockdown in response.

Intent: Attack on others One student was shot and killed and another wounded in the
parking lot of Southern Arkansas University. Four people have been arrested in
connection with the incident.

CALIFORNIA:Deaths: 1 Injuries: 1 Sep 3, 2015 Sacramento, CA Sacramento City

College Intent: Attack on others A man 25, and another man, 23, got into a fight with
two other men, both 19, on the campus of City College. The 23-year old stabbed one of
the 19-year-olds, who survived. The other 19-year-old fatally shot the 25-year-old, and a
bullet grazed the 23-year-old. The 19-year-olds were subsequently convicted by a jury
for the murder of of the 25-year-old.

Intent: Attack on others A 16-year-old male student was fatally shot outside of a
basketball game at Deer Valley High School by a 15-year-old boy.

Intent: Attack on others A twenty-year-old fatally shot an 18-year-old on the school's
basketball court. This occurred after the victim did not pay the shooter $5 he had lost on
a bet.

Intent: Attack on others A man, 17, was fatally shot in the parking lot of Central
Elementary School. Responders found him after a family member contacted them and
claimed he was in trouble. Police investigating the incident believe that the shooter had
a connection to Othman.

Intent: Attack on others An 11-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy were shot and killed
while sitting in a van in the parking lot of Searles Elementary School.

Intent: Attack on others A 17-year old male fatally shot a 16-year-old in the parking lot of
the school. The shooter was later arrested by police, along with a 20-year-old, who
police believe drove the car used during the shooting.

Intent: Attack on others Five students ages 14 and 15 were shot when a 16-year-old
male student opened fire in the quad of Saugus High School. At least two were killed
before the shooter fatally shot himself.

Intent: Attack on others A twenty-three year-old fatally shot his father, 55, and brother,
25, at their home, and set the building on fire. He then shot and injured a passing
motorist, carjacked another motorist, and ordered her to drive to campus. While in the
car, he shot at a bus and into a neighborhood. On campus, he shot a man, his
daughter, 26, and a woman, 68, before responding police fatally shot him.

Angeles Intent: Attack on others A former doctoral student, 38 shot and killed his
engineering professor, 39, before shooting and killing himself in the professor's office.
Prior to traveling to LA to kill the professor, the shooter had shot and killed his
estranged wife in Minnesota.

School
Intent: Legal Intervention A man, armed with a sword, was reported for violating a
restraining order and causing a disturbance at his family's home. When police arrived at
the home, he fled to nearby Esteban Torres High School. While on the campus of the
school, the man advanced towards officers with the sword, and one of the officers fatally
shot him.

Intent: Attack on others Following a road rage confrontation, a man was pursued over a
fence onto the Compton College campus, where he was shot by the unknown assailant.
Police are investigating the incident.

what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Police believe he entered school

Intent: Self-harm - no intent to hurt others A Claremont McKenna University student
died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in his dorm room.

Deaths: 2 Injuries: 1 Apr 10, 2017 San Bernardino, CA North Park Elementary
School
Intent: Attack on others A man, 53, shot and killed his estranged wife in her classroom.
The shooter walked into his wife's classroom and, without speaking, pulled out a
concealed .357-caliber handgun and fired ten shots at her, hitting her multiple times in
the head and chest. An eight-year-old student and a nine-year-old student were
standing behind the victim at the time, and were both also shot. The shooter then shot
and killed himself. Both the shooter and the victim were pronounced dead at the scene
— the two students were airlifted to an area hospital in critical condition, where the
eight-year-old boy was pronounced dead, and the injured student was treated for
serious but non-life threatening injuries.

College Intent: Self-harm - no intent to hurt others Shortly after 7:00 a.m., an
unidentified man shot and killed himself while sitting in the front seat of his car in the
Aims Community College parking lot. He was pronounced dead at the scene by
emergency services. The Weld County Sheriff's Office did not immediately know if the
man had a connection to the college.

Intent: Self-harm - no intent to hurt others A fifteen-year-old student shot and killed
himself in a hallway at his high school shortly before school opened in the morning.
Berthoud Police declined to immediately release further details.

Deaths: 1 Injuries: 0 Feb 17, 2019 Arapahoe County, CO Eaglecrest High School
Intent: Attack on others A man, 31, and another man, 46, met in a parking lot on the
campus of Eaglecrest High School to settle an ongoing dispute over a parking space in
their neighborhood. During the argument, the 31-year-old man shot the other man and
left the campus. The 41-year-old man later died of his injuries. The shooter has been
charged with first-degree murder.

Attack on others An eighteen-year-old shot and killed a 17-year-old student in the
gymnasium. The shooter then fatally shot himself.

Ranch Intent: Attack on others Two students ages 18 and 16 entered STEM School

Elementary School Intent: Attack on others Hundreds of people were attending a
basketball tournament at Rawson School when a man, 34, got into a dispute with
another man that escalated into gunfire, hitting innocent bystanders. The shooter, who
was on probation for a 2011 conviction for carrying a pistol without a permit, drew a
pistol and opened fire, killing a man, 41, and injuring two others. The shooter was also
injured in the leg by an unknown shooter. The shooter was arrested and convicted of
first-degree manslaughter with a firearm.

Intent: Attack on others A man, 34, was riding his bike through the parking lot of
Bulkeley High School when he was shot. He died shortly after being transported to a
hospital. The school was not in session at the time.

Intent: Attack on others A custodian at Towne Point Elementary School, 53, was
involved in a dispute with a man, 39, in the school parking lot. The custodian shot the
man four times before driving away from the scene, leaving him dead. The shooter was
later arrested and charged with first-degree murder, possession of a firearm during the
commission of a felony, and possession of a weapon in a safe school zone.
