a sense of uniformity and Rythm. They also emphasise each floor As a separate
entity and is also Aestetically pleasing.
• The recessed area conceals the Service core and the ducts.
• The projection in the elevation on all sides breaks the monotnicity and gives
3 dimentional effect.
• The last 4 floors in certain areas have been covered with glass. This seems to
be done purely for aestic purposes. This highlights the top corner of the block.
ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS
• Pargola for all parking ramps. Give a unique feel to other wise hnring
function.
• The windows are finished along the walls and the bands act as sunshade.
• Glass is used in certain areas which breaks the monotonicity of the structure.
• Projections on the sides of the block give depth to the elevation which also
enchases privacy for users as it acts a divider between balconies
• Fire extinguishers, alarms are placed in every floor for easy access during
during an emergency.
WATER MANAGEMENT
• 2 set of pipe lines run to the every apartment with namely flushing water.
And potable water.
• The waste water which leaves the apartment also is categorized into grey
water and black water, the grey water is recycled and sent back for flushing
toilets and watering vegetation.
