    DHEAS elevated, needs a complete endocrine evaluation

    Also Hypothyroid on medication

    Counselled regarding the role of topical therapy and the necessity to combine with oral medications as prescribed by en-
    docrinologist for optimal results

    Oral Isotroin not an option given the underlying history of Anxiety

    Advice:

    Keracnyl foaming gel to wash the face 2 times a day

    Adapalene 0.1% gel apply a little amount on the entire face at night for a short contact period of half hr and wash off

    Faceclin gel to massage on face after face wash overnight

    Mild paraben and sulphate free shampoo to wash the scalp

    MX 5 - water based minoxidil - one spray every night on the area of frontal hair thinning- take care to apply slightly away
    from the hair line to prevent the minoxidil dripping along the sides of the face - only 1 spray
