How to Search the Decision Knowing Only the Title.

Imagine that your Professor in the College of Law gives you a reading assignment and he
only gave you the title of the case. The title is a long one.

(ABAKADA GURO PARTY LIST (Formerly AASJAS) OFFICERS SAMSON S. ALCANTARA and ED
VINCENT S. ALBANO, Petitioners, versus THE HONORABLE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY EDUARDO
ERMITA; HONORABLE SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE CESAR PURISIMA; and
HONORABLE COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE GUILLERMO PARAYNO, JR.,
Respondents., G.R. No. 168056, 2005 Sep 1, En Banc)

Question : Are you going to type everything in the search engine?

Answer : No, just type one keyword if possible. Choose the uncommon name or word
from the title. We can choose ABAKADA as the keyword. If you prefer the GR No, then
type 168056. In searching for the GR. No., you can just type the number, in this case
168056.
