there. So, as for my observation, the common
tasks that have been used are texts, text boxes,
images, and shapes. Keep in mind that they all
serve a specific purpose that differentiates them
from each other, which makes them important.

As I have said earlier, individual tasks in Publisher are used to crawl a
specific URL and subsequently publish the content found there. Each task
can be configured to crawl the full website or only a few pages. Which
means that common tasks help us access more resources easily for
additional information. Furthermore, these tasks are used to make your
project more interesting and meaningful. An example of a situation is
wherein you make use of images and texts to express your message or
ideas, while the shapes are used to organize the ideas. They may also
serve as a design to attract the attention of many.

Based on my self-reflection, I
can eventually make use of
desktop publishing to create a
certain project since I already
came prepared by earning
knowledge about Ms Publisher
such as the common tasks,
purposes of the tasks, and projects
that can be created with the use of
the tasks.
