Happy November Staff! This month is all about self-care!
As we navigate through our Fall season of distance Self-Care is not Selfish
learning, you may feel a bit overwhelmed to meet the Self-Care Techniques

Teaching Through a Pandemic


As a teacher, stress as we know it, is inevitable. Through the many
months of uncertainty and transition to remote learning, the physical
separation from our peers and students has affected us in a multitude
of ways. Although we cannot tackle everything at once to meet the
needs of students and parents, the first step in easing our minds is
resetting our baseline. How we respond to our stressors is a key factor
in our outcomes and rewards. The first step is Self-Care!
