Vision

In the history of my professional career I have seen design and production tools
change and evolve to the era into which we are now passing through. The one th
ing that has struck me as a constant is the true underlying positive "process of
architecture". Each venue has its own special vocabulary and each project deli
ver method has it ever changing tools. What remains is the vision, intellectual
capital and human intervention intertwined to the "process of architecture". T
o this end I'm searching for a place that I can pass on my experiences and intel
lectual capital of that process.

"Earl Kincaid is one of those few architects that I have met thru my career that
not only understands what good design is but he also knows what it takes to tra
nslate the design into reality. His deep understanding of methods and construct
ion means allow Earl to communicate with the different trades and yet preserve t
he integrity of the design and meet the client's vision. With his diverse backg
round he is capable to manage the documentation, provide a strong stewardship th
ru construction and he is committed to mentoring his staff."
