Characteristics:- SUNSTAB 7021 is a lubricating
stabilizer for processing rigid PVC. It has a high degree
of stabilizing action along with optimum lubrication to
provide easy process ability and excellence finish to the
product. It provides excellence heat and light stability of
PVC.
Applications:- SUNSTAB 7021 is used in rigid
PVC applications like pipes, fittings, components and
profile industries. The optimum level of usage of
SUNSTAB 7021 depends upon the grade and
characteristic of PVC and operating conditions and
parameters of machines.
Dosages:- SUNSTAB 7021 can be used at a level of
3.2 – 4.8 Phr of PVC resin.
Packaging:- SUNSTAB 7021 is packed in HDPE
woven sack with plastic liner and inner HDPE protective
bag. Packing size is 25 Kgs.
