1. Purpose of this role is to lead develop business in international market for our Biological products.

1. Preferable industry background: Agri Input Industry.

2. Expertise in developing business in International markets and leading & guiding the team.

Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities (Should be a Part of the KRA for Variable Pay)

 Reaching out to new & unexplored market segments & customer groups using market segmentation and penetration strategies.
 Identifying and developing potential Markets and clients in international market, generating business through exhibitions & business
Visits.
 Leading the selection of Markets, Products, formation of Business Strategies & man management.
 Creating strategic brand partnerships with distributors and other international companies that grew the business and brand aware -
ness as well as the strategic partner’s business.
 Devising and effectuating GTM strategy and introducing products to win mutually beneficial deal.
 Generation of data for Registration purpose overseas, Field Trials, Submissions of Dossiers.
 Managing Registration of Products overseas, Investments in Registrations overseas, deal with authorities of diverse countries to
achieve registrations, as this is the leveraging aspect of this business.
 Return on Investment strategies and execution.
 Market Intelligence, data and New Market, Product Developments, Placements, perform 4 P’s (Product, price, Promotion, Place-
ment).
 Liaison & PR activities with overseas government Agencies & business People.
 Responsible for international logistics and export incentives.
 Due Diligence with prospective investment options abroad, acquisitions and mergers.
 Getting Process & System audits completed as per various Customers requirements
