Position Data

1. Product market fit and gap analysis


2. Analysis of customer journey and identification of customer pain points to derive
options for customer experience improvement
3. Consolidation of region’s business requirements and prioritization together with
business teams and visualization of ongoing projects
Position Tasks: 4. Apply change management methodologies to ensure sustainable change in the region
including creation of communication and training materials and distribute them via
different channels
5. Support development and improvement of roll-out framework for digital program’s
projects

What strategic direction does the position have? Are there current projects?

Digitalization contributes 25% to AAM ambition of EUR 500 Mil in 2030. The current projects that require the skill
sets of digital transformations are 1) CRM 2.0 2) Customer Portal 3) REPXPERT 4) Digital Sales
