1. Communication is unavoidable because it's not possible not to communicate. You are
communicating constantly even when you do not intent to communicate. You communicate by the way
you move and by the way you speak.

2. It is when one person is the sender and they transmit a message to another person, who is the
receiver. When the receiver gets the message, they send back a response

3. Communication is irreversible because you can't take back what is you already said to someone.

4. The process of communication begins when the sender wants to transmit a idea or other
information to the receiver and end's with receiver feedback to the sender.

5. It’s because communication is not a remedy for all illness, but for those people who are having a
problem in their lives or they are stress lately communication can help.

B.

1.Most people spend more time on oral communication, but written communication is best to use when
a person is located at a distance or when it is needed to keep a permanent record for future reference

2.Oral communication is recommended when the communication matter is a temporary kind or where a
direct interaction is required. Where you can communicate your thoughts, ideas and other information.

Different Culture affects the communication in verbal and non verbal ways. Culture can influence how
we communicate verbally via the words we say, phrases and culture specific between two people. It's
also affected the topics are deemed appropriate for a conversation based on the cultural norms within a
culture’s social environment. Cultural norms can influence how we use our hands while talking and our
body movements while we communicate verbally.
