JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

•Responsible for Maintain 5's on the shop floor & Kaizen for continuous improvement.

•Responsible for all Documents related to dimension process.

•Responsible for First part approval dimensions.

•Maintaining 4M if any change related to this.

•Daily rejection analysis as a Quality member (Red bin analysis).

•To reduce the wastage, rejection through why-why analysis.

ECU , Gasoline Injector, Throttle Body etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-
⮚ Responsible for maintain production related documents on machine & Visual Station.
⮚ Responsible for maintain 5’S on the shop floor & making kaizen for continuous improvement.
⮚ Responsible for First part approval process on daily basis on shop floor.
⮚ Maintain all documents related to dimension process.
⮚ Responsible for daily Lot & First part approval dimension.
⮚ Responsible for Inventory Mangement.
⮚ Responsible for daily entry of production data in SAP , MIS, Plan Vs Actual etc. , Calculation of OEE on daily
basis.
⮚ Responsible for catch defects of moulding process like; Burn Mark, Short Fill, Dirty appearance, Dent & Scratch,
Flash etc.
⮚ Associate deployed activity on their station & Machine on daily basis.
⮚ Responsible for raw material take from store through create Reservation In SAP.
⮚ Maintaining 4M system if any change related to this.
⮚ Responsible for give basic training to new trainee on shop floor.

PROFESSINOAL QUALIFICATION:-
● Three year DIPLOMA IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING From BTER, Jodhpur Secured Marks (1ST Division) in
2015 - 2018.
