The successful applicants are requested to visit this office in person as per schedule for verifications uploaded in the website with the followings:
a) Original of all the Documents uploaded.
b) Self-attested Photocopy of all the Documents Uploaded.
c) Income Proof in original along with self-attested photocopy, as per GTC clause 10 (w.e.f 17/02/2021) under “HOW TO APPLY”.
d) Three (03) Nos. of recent Passport Size self-attested photographs (Joint Photographs in case of Joint Applications. )
e) Cancelled cheque, as uploaded.
f) Self-declaration showing particulars of applicant’s family members by means of name, relationship & income etc.
g) OCIs are requested to carry their OCI card in original.
h) An affidavit on Rs.50/- non judicial stamp paper, sworn in before a 1st class Judicial Magistrate/ Executive Magistrate in the prescribed proforma provided
i) The NRIs and OCIs are requested to kindly get their documents authenticated by the Deputy High Commissioner/ Consul General of India, at their respective
country of stay & send scanned copies of the same. They are however required to produce the original documents, prior to execution of Deed.
