market price at the locality
This is certify further that the materials prices may vary depending on the
location of the proposed sub project.(An additional charge of hauling cost per item is
necessary).
This Certification has been requested by the Department of Social Welfare
and Development under KALAHI CIDSS CBRC-AF Implementation for whatever purpose it
may serve.
