Fabrication methods

船体建造方法
To fabricate the blocks and lift the completed blocks on the hydraulic trailer using
workshop crane and in the large sandblasting workshop for sandblasting treatment

在重型车间中制作分段并使用车间行车将已制造好的
分段吊至液压平板车上运至大型冲砂车间内冲砂。
To transport the completed blocks to a special
areas by large hydraulic trailer
用大型液压平板车将制造好的分段运至专用场地放置
To lift the hull by large floating crane onto the floating dock.

¾ ZPMC is in possession of large floating dock for the construction of heavy
lifting vessel. The floating dock’ breadth is 60 meters.

Transport the hull to the dock and launch it, commissioning and testing the
vessel after the assembly of superstructure and the crane in shore.
用浮船坞将建造好的船体运至深水处，使浮船坞注水下沉、船体下水后靠岸安装好上
层建筑及起重机等，整船进行调试试车
