Duties and Responsibilities:


 Provide technical assistance in producing the organization's annual plans and
develops monitoring and evaluation framework, guidelines, and other tools and
implement it;
 Assist the organization to prepare annual monitoring and evaluation plan
inconsistent with monitoring and evaluation framework to be used;
 Develop Recording and Reporting Forms and Formats for the organization for the

• Conduct research on new staffing needs as needed and determine the level of work
