Day: 1 (OFC i.e figure prints) –

 Original passport
 Appointment confirmation in ONE folder.
 DS 160 confirmation receipt & i-20

Note: For safe side, do carry all originals including last marks sheet, property valuation
report, latest bank statement, affidavit of sponsorship (Original) / FD balance certificate,
Other investment (Original – if you have any FD then ONLY) etc... Xerox of: sponsor’s ID
proof (aadhar card, voter ID card etc…) etc… If Sponsor & student are working person
then ITR/form 16 of last 3 years, Salary slips of last 3 months, GPF, Job ID card and other
job related documents. If sponsor is Farmer then AAVAK NO DAKHLO, 7(12)/8(A) Utara.
If sponsor is having business then ITR of last 3 years, GST registration, Current account
statement of last 6 months, audit report of company (last 3 years), Gumasta dhara
license etc…

In OTHER folder.

Day: 2 (Consulate Interview) -

I-20 & Original passport – Keep it in Hand

Appointment confirmation – Keep it in Hand in ONE folder.

DS 160 confirmation receipt, SEVIS fees receipt

 Note: For safe side, do carry all originals including last marks sheet, property valuation
report, latest bank statement, affidavit of sponsorship (Original) / FD balance certificate,
Other investment (Original – if you have any FD then ONLY) etc... Xerox of: sponsor’s ID
proof (aadhar card, voter ID card etc…) etc… If Sponsor & student are working person
