A magyar labdarúgó-válogatott pénteken a Puskás Ferenc Stadionban

Liechtenstein ellen játszik edzőmérkőzést. Egervári Sándor szövetségi
kapitány több játékost is kipróbál azok közül, akik az elmúlt időszakban
kevesebb lehetőséget kaptak. A keret tegnap Telkiben találkozott.

Ezen a héten és a jövő hét közepén Európa-bajnoki pótselejtezőket

játszanak a kontinensen. Mi sajnos már nem vagyunk érdekeltek,
harmadikok lettünk a csoportunkban, így nem jutottunk ki a jövő évi
lengyel–ukrán közös rendezésű Eb-re. A hivatalos válogatott
meccsnapokat azért kihasználjuk. Pénteken 18 órától Liechtensteint
fogadjuk a Puskás Stadionban – ezt a mérkőzést eredetileg
Székesfehérváron rendezték volna, de az MLSZ úgy döntött, Albert Flórián
emlékére felhozzák Pestre –, a jövő héten pedig Lengyelországba utazunk
barátságos mérkőzésre.

Kevés csapat van a világon, amelyek ellen egyértelműen kijelenthetjük, mi

vagyunk az esélyesek, Liechtenstein ilyen. Ezzel Egervári Sándor
szövetségi kapitány is egyetért, aki most kipróbál több olyan játékost is,
akik az elmúlt időszakban kevesebb lehetőséget kaptak. Ilyen például a
genki Tőzsér Dániel és a múlt héten az NB II.-es MTK-hoz szerződött
Németh Krisztián. Utóbbi játékos meghívása azért jókora meglepetést
okozott. Némethről tudni kell, hogy előző klubja, a Olympiakosz Pireusz az
év elején kölcsönadta fél évre a Volosznak, ám ott sem sokat szerepelt a
magyar csatár sérülés miatt. A nyáron hazajött, és mivel külföldön sehol
sem kellett, így most korábbi egyesületéhez szerződött az év végéig. A
hétvégi MTK-meccset leszámítva hónapok óta nem játszott tétmérkőzést.

A kapitány azért hívta meg őt, mert Rudolf Gergely után Szabics Imrére
sem számíthat.

„Sokat gondolkodtunk Imre pótlásáról, és végül úgy döntöttünk, hogy

Németh Krisztiánt hívjuk be – mondta Egervári. – Tudom, sokan felkapják
erre a fejüket, hiszen Krisztiánnak sokáig nem volt csapata, és hosszabb
időt kihagyott. De meggyőződésem, hogy válogatott szintű játékos.”

The Hungarian national football team will play a sparring against Liechtenstein the
Puskás Ferenc stadium on Friday. Egervári Sándor, the head coach, will let many
players to play, who had less opportunity in the last period. The setting (?) met in
Telki yesterday.

Extra European Championship qualifying rounds are played in the continent this
week and in the middle of the next week. Unfortunately, we are not interested in
this, because we were third in our group, so we did not get out to the next year’s
European Championship which will be hosted by the Polish and Ukrainian.
Therefore, we take advantage of the official national team match days. We
welcome the Liechtenstein in the Puskás stadium on Friday 6 p.m. – this match
would be originally held in Székesfehérvár, but the MLSZ decided to held in Pest
because of the memory of Flórián Albert. We will play a friendly match next week
in Poland.

There are only a few teams in the world against which we definitely say that we
have some chance. One of them is Liechtenstein. The head coach, Sándor
Egervári, agrees to this. Now he lets many players to play, who had less
opportunity in the last period, such as Dániel Tőzsér or Krisztián Németh, who
was has contacted to MTK, NC II. The latter mentioned player caused a big
surprise. It has to be known about Nemeth that his previous club, the
Olympiakosz Pireusz has given him to Volosz for a half year, but he did not play
there too much because an injury. Németh came home in the summer and
because none of the foreign clubs needed him he made a contact with his
previous club until the end of this year. Apart from the the weekend’s MTK
match, he did not play competitive match for months.

The captain has called him because he cannot count on neither Gergely Rudolf
nor Imre Szabics.

“We were thinking a lot about how we can replace Imre, and finally, we decided
that we will call in Krisztián Németh”, said Egervári. ”I know that many people are
surprised, because Krisztián did not belong to a team for a very long time and he
also left out a long time. But I am convinced that he is deserves to be in the
team.”
