what are the reason they focus on and what are the problems and why the obesity
rates is so high among adolescents and children ,is that because lifestyle or
.electronic games
.The application is combination of playing and having fun
.They target children and try to adopt good behavior at young age
.They involve teacher and parents and allow them to monitoring by parents
.We can use this technology to solve health issue like diet
:Challenges
Overuse by children
May not available for all community members because of socioeconomic status
One opinion is: these electronic games is not good because the child must move and
.not be on this game all the time and can't move and make sport games

ARTICLE no4: SEX WORKERS AS PEER HEALTH ADVOCATES:COMMUNITY

EMPOWERMENT AND TRANSFORMATIVE LEARNING THROUGH A CANADIAN PILOT
PROGRAM
FINDINGS OF DISCUSSION

Why they use peer-to-peer education or peer to peer knowledge transformation

?education especially with these group
What about the idea or approach of self community empowerment peer to peer
?education
How they collect the sample group? And how they recruit them and get
information ? By snowballing is a kind of methodology they use for this target group
.who difficulty to reach
They hire them by job application and interview inform them that they are on
training program to become peer education under certain of criteria so they can
make education for their friend
The selection way was by set of criteria: interview about their ability if they can
share their problem and take about their self without fear and feel guilty and admit
that they do something bad ? Is they have willingness to change their behavior or
not
And their ability to go to medical services that they can accesses health care service
They must be hire people more than 19yrs old
And they must be have excellent leadership skills networking and can explain to
people the risk of their work like STDs and guide others how to manage their healthy
life
Also the awareness programs must be done especially for female or anyone who
potentially to become victim , not only focus on people who already involve with this
work
Poverty and bad friends may be reason for this kind of work
Assessment: they make this program because they knew their society and what the
problems they requires to applied according to the problem and avoid them from
spread of infectious disease like HIV

3
This approach not mean they encourage them for that behavior but warn them and
protect them from risk and protect the community also because this infectious
disease may spread to community
They let the sex worker to involve in a national program like infection control and
participation with it
We can use like this approach for our problem like diabetes on children so we can
choose them to talk about the problem without shame or feeling of stegma and
educate their friend or children who have same age and level and same issue to
deliver the information clearly
We can use same idea in our problem like : violence and addiction
Sensitive topic must be qualitative study research by interviewing the participant and
discuss with them
