The picture shows a guy who messed up with what he is fixing. It
seems like he wasn’t an electrician and only followed instructions
from what he sees in the internet websites. This explains the
meaning of the quotation. We should be careful in everything we
do especially in handling and fixing hazardous materials because
it might cause danger not just to ourselves but also to others.
The best thing to do if we don’t know something is to reach out
to the people who are trained on that field of work.

2. What is the hazard in the picture/situation?

The major hazard in the picture or situation is the untrained
electricians because he or they are the source of potential harm
or dangerous effects on something or someone. Also, it can be
the hazardous materials on the table like the wires, scissors,
knife, etc.

3. What is being exposed in the picture/situation?

The untrained electricians, which could also be all of us who are
not trained in this field and are not being careful with our
decisions in taking risks.

4. Why do you think the character in the picture is vulnerable?

The character in the picture is vulnerable he was greatly affected
by his decisions to engage in risky activities like fixing the
 broken thing on the table that needs an expert for it to be fixed.
Further, what makes him vulnerable is also how he believed and
not careful with the information he sees on the web which could
greatly affect him, like if he’s too dependent on what’s in the
web, he might get deceived by hackers, scammers or even
cyberbullying.

5. Based on your analysis, explain the hazard, exposure and

vulnerability given in the picture.
The hazard in the picture is not being careful with decisions and
taking risks that might harm others and oneself. For the
exposure, it is a message for all of us, because we are all exposed
in the web and media and anytime, we can get caught in unsafe
acts that harms us. Lastly, the vulnerability is how our ability to
make decisions can be greatly affected and the need to be careful
on the web to avoid getting deceived by hackers, scammers, and
cyberbullying.
