Integrity and character are qualities in a person that nobody can touch. These two qualities are the two that I hold the highest. It is
my duty as an educator to ensure a safe environment inside of my classroom and throughout the campus. I am very much want to
practice what I preach and present myself as somebody that the students can look up to in and out of the classroom. Being an
educator is an honor that stays with me 24/7.
Holding classroom community as a priority ensures a safe learning environment for all. I am open to listening to students and
keeping an open eye for neglect or abuse students may face at home. Student safety and comfortability is something I do not take
lightly. Maintaining ethics, morals, and professional conduct throughout campus to me is a lifestyle.(07/14/2021)
This was something I needed to work on personally and feel I am
getting close to achieving the ideal classroom environment for myself
and my students.

Along with the statement provided in July, I have learned the importance of
being a walking model for my students inside and outside of the classroom.
I take my personal integrity extremely seriously and try to be my best self
24/7. Since I hold myself to a very high standard, I find it easier to hold others
to a higher standard, too.
Being part of the SIT team has inspired me to reach out more to colleagues and
collaborate on a special project that I will be executing with them at the end of
the year to connect more with the local schools in the district.
I also volunteer on the WASC committee (Culture Group) so I am well-
informed on school culture and past activities that have impacted the school.
