The goal and detail of the plan is effective manpower management in the hospital and encourage
employees to work in principle by eliminating rent-seeking at the institution.

b. components of the organization

the four common components (elements) of an organization include:

1.common purpose: the purpose of the plan achieving the best performing employees with the
rating committees at the end of each quarter, at the end of six months, and awarding prizes to 1-6
outstanding employees.

2.coordinated effort: subordination of individuals interests to the general interest of any one group
or employee is not more than the organization as a whole.

3.division of labour: in Debre Werk primary hospital, the division of labour is good because of the
manager divides the labour for the subordinates based on their skill to improve the efficiency the
workers to achieve the plan of the organization.

 4. hierarchy of authority: in Debre Werk primary hospital the manager gives order for the
subordinates based on the responsibility. this responsibility encourages the appropriateness
of the commands of the authority to the subordinates.
