The most obvious difference between bouldering and common sport climbing is that
bouldering is a climb done by oneself without ropes or other equipment. Bouldering is
becoming increasingly popular with rock climbers for a sport that began as an interest
in climbing boulders.
First and foremost,in terms of physical exercise: Bouldering is a sport from the inside
out. It can not only improve cardiopulmonary function and endurance, but also
exercise coordination, flexibility and flexibility. This is an extremely caloric and
physical exercise, which can nibble away excess fat in a short time. It is undoubtedly
an excellent means of shaping body and is extremely popular among women. For
